How do I order?

Just select the piece of art you wish to buy, then click on add to cart. You will then see a page indicating the price of the item and your total. If you want to purchase an additional item go back to the products page, click on add to cart and then you should see an updated total.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on purchase now. You will be taken to a secure form. Fill out the form and submit it. You will recieve a confirmation notice in your mail.

How do I know my transaction is secure?

Jamaica Onine Gallery use a secure server to ensure that you transaction is handled secure and that you credit card and personal information is safe. When you are on a secure server you will know in one of two ways.

i) on the page where you enter you credit card information you will see https://.... in the address bar

ii) The other sign is a little lock in yellow in the status bar of your browser.

( the lock can look like this in Internet Explorer or like this Netscape Navigator)

What are my Payment Options?

Currently we accept International Visa and MasterCard and in Jamaica KeyCard.

How long before I receive my Product?

Most if not all of our shipping are handled by federal express: generally they take 7-14 business days for processing orders.

For custom-built orders this may take longer, but during negotiations we will iron out all the details of the time that it will take to build and gather resources (desired material) and then we can include shipping duration.

What is your policy on damaged goods?

As an effort to build a good relationship with our customers we offer FREE repairs to sculptures that was purchased from us.

However if you have a piece that has been damaged and would like it repaired we will be happy to repair it for you (Your satisfaction guaranteed) check out our services offered or drop us a line at repairs@jamaicaonlinegallery.com
